Fluttershy Cosplay - My Little Pony

Another My Little Pony cosplay Old Dominion University was having a mini-convention, and I wanted to bring a new cosplay that was simple and comfortable for the event. What better way to celebrate spring with Fluttershy? 

I love Fluttershy’s gentle and kind spirit toward others and can very much relate to having awkward feelings during certain situations (which happen often, lol!). I love her colors because they simply sing spring - refreshing, sunshiny and bright. 

The clothes for the cosplay were simply pieces found from my own closet. The wig was recycled from my Megurine Luka cosplay which I purchased from a forum on Facebook. The wings were designed and crafted by me: I used craft foam, recycled coat wire, ribbons, and elastic bands. The ears were purchased from Yaya Han’s online store. 

I had a lot of fun with this photoshoot - I’m glad I was able to help my boyfriend Mihoki work on his photography portfolio!
